Recruitment
We are constantly advertising and recruiting candidates who want to work overseas.
After checking their training and suitability, we will support their applications
through the examinations and the registration process. We have developed a large
database of prospective candidates of various specialities. We have an e-HR
application running that is fully Web based and helps real-time access. The
processing and sorting environment is fully automated with integrated e-mail
and other communication extensions for speeding up the business processes. All
without losing the personal touch which we believe is very important when dealing
with employees and clients alike. We have a highly experienced team of recruiters,
interviewers and staff consultants, whose primary focus is candidate and customer
care. We ensure high response times, turnaround times, and prompt responses
for information on progress status amongst others.
Pre-Screening
Candidates responding to our advertisements are pre-screened for qualifications
and suitable for the countries of their choice. We have put together a series
of evaluation criteria. We are very familiar with the registration requirements
of the nursing boards in countries which require these nurses. Ensuring they
will be able to register with the nursing board allows us to concentrate on
the best candidates available and interested in working overseas.
Interviews
All candidates are personally interviewed, and will have all their documents
reviewed and checked. They will have to submit originals together with copies
of the relevant documents which will confirm their eligibility to work as nurses.
Special care is taken to check their motivation for wanted to travel and work
overseas. Their commitment to the long-drawn out process of registration is
confirmed.
Nursing Board Registration
Candidates are guided through the relevant country's Nursing Board Registration
procedures and advised on how to ensure complete and full submission.
Examinations and Qualifications Requirements
Many countries require the candidates to undertake their examinations to ensure
that the candidate is able to cope with their work and culture. They will be
guided on examinations and qualifications requirements. Support in the form
of study materials, ongoing tests to keep them motivated to study, and organizing
the registration for the exams and travel to undertake the exams are part and
parcel of our procedures.
Immigration Requirements
The final step for the completion of the process is to ensure that all immigration
requirements for the overseas country are complied with. It is a major concern
for us that the nurses are able to land "on their feet and running"
in the new country of work and are able to commence work in the shortest period
of time.

Frequently, we are invited by our clients to participate in the planning and

that staffing requirements can be planned realistically.
At times like this, the top management of the company may decide to become directly
involved in the project or may decide to recruit the services of an experienced
manager with relevant experience for a particular project on a contractual basis.
Some projects involve the transfer of large numbers of staff who are permanently
employed by a company or organization which wants to outsource them to a third
party but still use their services and expertise on an ongoing basis. In these
cases, we will work together with the outsourcing company to work out a flow
